What we do with your data

- Totem Origin S.L., with the details above.
- What data we collect
- Whatever you write in the contact form: your name, your email or phone number, what your business does, which services interest you and anything else you tell us. And the same details if you give them to Totemi, this website's automated assistant, and ask it to pass them on to us: they then reach us together with a summary of your conversation.
- The assistant
- Totemi is a program, not a person. We don't store conversations: only, if you agree, your contact details and that summary. To answer you, what you write is sent to Anthropic, the company that makes the artificial intelligence model, which processes it on our behalf. Don't write anything in the chat that you don't want to share.
- Why
- Only to reply to you and, if you ask us to, prepare a proposal for you. We don't send you advertising, we don't build profiles and we don't make automated decisions about you.
- Legal basis
- Because you ask us to: replying to someone who enquires about a service before contracting it (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
- How long we keep it
- While we're in touch with you. If we don't end up working together, we delete it six months after our last contact. If you become a client, it's kept for as long as the law requires.
- Who else sees it
- We don't give it to anyone. Supabase stores it for us, on servers in the European Union, under a contract that forbids it from using it for anything else. What you write to the assistant is processed by Anthropic (United States) to generate the reply. The website is served by Cloudflare, which, like any server, sees the IP address of each visitor in order to send them the page.
- Your rights
- You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, take it with you or have us stop using it, by writing to desarrollo@totemorigin.com. If you believe we're not handling it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies
This website uses no cookies or analytics tools. That's why we don't ask you anything when you arrive.
